Yellow Bracelets

One of our students in the Andrews Middle School community has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma. This diagnosis has really hit our students hard.  While many do not understand what kind of cancer is, our CCSR students wanted to do some research and educate others. They decided that they wanted to sell bracelets with the students name on them in the color yellow for osteosarcoma.  Bracelets are being sold during lunch time for $2.  All proceeds will go to this student’s family to help him with items he will need for chemo treatments and surgery.  This is an ongoing program that will continue until the bracelets we had made run out.  Bracelets were donated by a company from ETSY.
