Park & River Cleanups

The Mystic River and Park Cleanup Project has taken place at various local parks throughout the past two years and will be bimonthly in 2023! This project was partially assisted by the Mystic River Watershed Association, an environmental group that has helped with education at some events. During each cleanup, volunteers gather by the river or a park and pick up trash from its banks, creating a cleaner habitat and environment.
