Wagging Walkers

CCSR 5th grade students Allie Materazzo and Olivia Hull worked together to offer West Medford a dog walking service named “Wagging Walkers” in order to raise money for Legacy Rescue, a local dog adoption agency. The girls offered 30 and 60-minute solo dog walks in Medford’s Oak Grove Cemetery during the months of February, March, and April. Their service was free of charge, only suggesting a direct donation to Legacy Rescue. Many dog owners were very generous with their donations and Allie and Olivia left lots of dogs wagging their tails.
