Coin Drive for MSPCA

CCSR students Hannah, Henry, Amalia, Alice, Isaac, Hayden and Mariyah decided that they wanted to help animals in need. The students planned a coin drive to raise money for MSPCA and the Angells of Kindness. During the week of February 5th- 16th they distributed containers to each classroom in the school to collect spare change. All together the school raised $526 from the coins that were collected. The donations were sent to ‘Angells of Kindness’ and help support MSPCA’s shelters, hospitals, law enforcement team, and advocacy efforts – this allows MCPCA to help animals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. MSPCA works to protect animals, stop animal cruelty, heal animal suffering, and find homes for animals who’ve been lost or abandoned.
