Composting in the Cafeteria

Today, four CCSR students working on the Composting in the Cafeterias Project traveled on a field trip to some of the North Andover Public Schools in order to learn from their composting practices. Seniors Audrey Soule, Rachel Klein, Cadee Stefani, and Ebyan Abshir went with Retta Smith and were given a tour of two elementary schools and one middle school by Joanna Miller. The students hope they can use these examples to create their pilot project in the school and eventually create a sustained composting program at MHS.
